SAMUEL SMITH ALE MARINADE

 

1 cup Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale

black pepper to taste

dash of seasoning salt

 

Mix ingredients, put into a large ziplock bag and add 2 lbs pork or beef chops.  Seal the bag and refrigerate for 4 – 12 hours, turning the bag over once.  Grill or broil the chops.
