SAMUEL SMITH OATMEAL STOUT MUSTARD

 

1 cup whole grain mustard

0.67 cup Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout

0.25 cup brown sugar

2.5 tsp cider vinegar

2 TBSP malt extract

 

Add mustard to food processor or blender and blend for 3 min.  Add remaining ingredients until blended and chill.
