Braü Weisse
Delicious lemon-scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. Pale in color, tart in palatea brut beer. Experience as an aperitif or with your meal.
Wheat beer has always been known as an elixir or tonic, especially if the brewers yeast was left in the bottled beer. It is the fastest-growing of all beer styles.
Pale color, tart in palate, "brut" beer with a delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne.
Weiss-wurst (veal sausage), pretzels, Dusseldorf mustard, mettwurst, vegetable pâté, crab Louis, sand dabs, fried smelts, Sunday brunch. Serve in tall vase-shaped weisse glass; a thin slice of lemon as garnish is a personal choice.
Glass should accommodate 17-ounces.
